ObjectiveThis paper aims to explore the association of ChrX (rs6152、rs16990427、 rs1352015、rsl385699) and Chr20 (rs6137444、rs2180439、rs913063、rs1160312) polymorphisms with androgenetic alopecia in the Han population in Yunnan province.MethodsAccordance with the Norwood/Hamilton diagnostic criteria,115 AGA males of Yunnan Han population from First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University were selected as the AGA group, correspondingly 125 healthy males were selected as the control group. The genomic DNA of the individuals were extracted by using the investigator Kit. A 8 SNP co-amplification panel was established, and adopting the SNaPshot platform detected the genotype and allele frequencies of the 8 loci candidates on ChrX and Chr20 for both the AGA group and the control group. Statistical analysis was processed based on SPSS17.0, Haploview4.2, SHEsis and MDR2.0 software bags.Results1. The result of single locus analysisChrX (rs6152、rs16990427、rs1352015s rs1385699) were detected two genotypes and Chr20 (rs6137444. rs2180439、rs913063、 rs 1160312) were detected three genotypes in AGA group and the control group. There was indifference relationship among the cases and controls group in ChrX. The genotype frequency of rs2180439、rs913063 and rsl 160312 was significant in the case group (P<0.05); The T allelic frequency of rs2180439 was significantly higher in the case group (P<0.05); The A allelic frequency of rs913063 and rs1160312 was significantly higher in the case group (P<0.05).2. The result of linkage disequilibrium analysisIn males of Yunnan Han population, there was weak linkage disequilibrium between 4 SNPs of Chr20 in AGA group and the control group (D’<0.8)3. The result of haplotype analysisThrough haplotype analysis of 4 SNPs of Chr20 in the males of Yunnan Han population, there were significant haplotype frequency distribution differences between the two groups in haplotypes of C-T-C-G、T-C-C-G based on rs6137444-rs2180439-rs913063-rs1160312 were significant (P<0.05); The haplotype frequency of T-T-A-A in AGA group were higher than the control group.4. The result of MDR analysisThe testing balanced accuracy and cross-validation consistency of rs6137444、 rs2180439 和 rs1160312 in Chr20 were the best(TBA= 0.6551, CVO10/10). There may be an interaction of rs6137444、rs2180439 and rs1160312, as well as strong synergy, and the interaction may be associated with AGA in the males of Yunnan Han population (P<0.01).Conclution(1) The result indicates that 4 SNPs in ChrX were monomorphic in the Han population in Yunnan province.(2) Polymorphisms in Chr20 (rs6137444、rs2180439、rs913063、rs1160312) may be associated with androgenetic alopecia in the Yunnan Han population.(3) The individuals with the rs2180439 T allele、the rs913063A allele and the rs1160312 A allele were more likely to be androgenetic alopecia.
