| Objective:To investigate whether PML and PMLIV is expressed differently in chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) patients and healthy controls.Methods:Real-time PCR was used to detect the PML and PMLIV expression in bone marrow mononuelear cells from 29 chronic myeloid leukemia patients (chronic phase, 15 cases; 14 cases of patients with advanced stage disease, in which the acceleration period 6 cases, blastic phase 8 cases; and 15 exclude blood system malignant tumor of bone marrow mononuclear cells.Results:1ã€The mRNA level of PML and PMLIV in CML patients was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant. (P<0.005).2ã€The expression of PML and PMLIV gene was no statistically significant difference in chronic phase and advanced stage(P>0.05)Conclusion:1ã€The expression of PML, PML IV gene is declined in chronic myeloid leukemia patients, prompt it may be associated with the happening of CML.2ã€Whether PML and PMLIV is expressed differently in CML chronic phase and advanced phase still need further study. |
