| Objective:Analyze the shape and exocrine function of pancreas on chronic pancreatitis under high intensity magnetic fields. Also, continuously monitor quantification of pancreatic exocrine, the shape of pancreatic duct ADC, and rADC value of pancreas(the ratio of ADC in pancreas and liver), providing an early, noninvasive, effective diagnostic technique.Methods:From 2012 to 2015, the present study includes 30 healthy volunteers,14 patients suspect chronic pancreatitis and radiological findings of 3 chronic pancreatitis patients. All the volunteers and patients have injected pancreatic secretin, and undergone Magnetic Resonance Cholangio-Pancreatography(MRCP) and Diffusion Weighted Imaging(DWI) before and after the injection, separately. The data of image has gone through post-processing system and SPSS statistical analyzing software, P<0.05 respect as effective.Results: The pancreatic duct increasingly dilated after injecting pancreatic secretin, compared to the image before the injection. The diameter of pancreatic duct before and after the injection have statistical significance (p<0.05) in the normal, pancreatitis suspect, chronic pancreatitis team. The diameter of pancreatic duct in the normal, pancreatitis suspect team and chronic pancreatitis team achieved the peak value at (2.7±0.9)minã€(3.8±2.0)minã€(1.7±2.9)min, respectively. The difference of peak diameter before and after the injection have statistical significance (p<0.05)The maximum pancreatic secretin in three teams are (91.2±43.2) ml〠(69.4±33.8) ml, (33.1±17.9) ml, respectively, the difference of pancreatic secretin have statistical significance. The quantification of maximum pancreatic secretin at the first time and the exocrine time are (12.7±5.1) ml, (3.7±2.4) min, (9.9±5.2) ml, (5.1±1.3) min, (4.5±0.1) ml, (6.0±2.0) min, respectively, having statistical significance (P<0.05):After the pancreatic secretin injection, the time when the duodenum dilation achieved grade 3 in three teams are (10.8±2.4) minã€(9.9±3.0) min, (12.3±2.1) min, respectively.Comparing the ADC and rADC before and after pancreatic secretin injection, in three teams it shows that the ADC and rADC have no statistical significance (P>0.05); However, the ADC present statistical significance in three teams before and after pancreatic secretin injection (p<0.05):the rADC does not show statistical significance in three teams before and after pancreatic secretin injection (p>0.05).Conclusion:The result shows the pancreatic secretin injected MR imaging can become an early diagnostic index of chronic pancreatitis. In addition, the change of the shape and excretion function of pancreas provide an effective diagnostic standard for chronic pancreatitis. |
