| Objective:Using Western blot and Immunohistochemistry to detect Ebpl expression in gastric cancer and para-carcinoma tissue. Analyze the relations between the Ebpl expression and clinicopathological features of gastric carsinoma. It can provide reference basis for the prevention and treatment of gastric carsinoma.Method:A total of 60 gastric cancer tissues were collected from patients with gastric cancer who underwent total and subtotal gastrectomy’ from January 2011 to November 2013. Using the western blot to Detection of 30 cases of gastric carcinoma specimens and normal tissue for detection the expression of Ebpl. Then using immunohistochemicalSP method to detection the Ebpl protein expression,Analysis of the expression of Ebpl relationship with biological characteristics of gastric carsinoma, its higher than para-carcinoma tissue. Results:Western blot test results Ebpl protein expression in gastric carsinoma tissue is higher than normal tissue (P< 0.05). The Immunohistochemistry test results positive expression rate of Ebpl in the grastic carsinoma tissue is 31.66%, higher than normal tissue 10.0%. Ebpl over expression in gastric carsinoma have a close relationship with pathological type, differentiation degree, infiltration depth, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis have a close relationship (all P< 0.05).Conclusion:1. Ebpl expression in gastric cancer increased significantly, tip may be involved in the developmenet of gastric cancer. 2. Ebpl over expression was associated with TNM staging of gastric carsinoma, to provide the reference for the forecast of gastric cancer patients.3. Detect Ebpl expression in gastric carsinoma in clinical diagnosis, treatment and target therapy to cancer of the stomach has important clinical significance. |
