The patients divided into 2 groups,including experimental group 21 cases and control group 19 cases. The control group just accept conventional treatment and the experimanetal group on the basis of conventional treatment combined O3-AHT(1 course of treatment, a total of 10 times).Two groups patients are collected blood samples before treatment, at ld,5d and 10d treatment, determined by RIA measurement, to observe the patients IL-2,IL-6 and TNF-a level changes. In addition, all patients have to do VAS before treatment and after treatment, to observe the clinical curative effect of combined O3-AHT.Results:①Combined O3-AHT group patients’total effective rate is 95.24%, the significant efficiency is 85.71%.Conventional treatment group patients’total effective rate is 84.21%,the significant efficiency is 57.89%.There is no statistically significant between two groups patients total effective difference(p>0.05),but Combined O3-AHT group patients’significant efficiency improves obviously②The level of IL-2 has obviously difference between different treatment time(F=41.62,p<0.01).There is difference between groups under different treatment methods(F=7.56,p<0.01). The patients’IL-2 level has different trends in different treatment time under different treatment methods(F=49.04,p<0.01).Analysis with the IL-2 level change trends, treatment duration to complete there is a significant linear increase trend in combined O3-AHT group IL-2 level(F=7.98,p<0.01).IL-2 level linear increase trend is different with the extension of treatment time between different groups(F=88.93,p<0.01).③ The level of IL-6 has obviously difference between different treatment time(F=80.64,<0.01).There is difference between groups under different treatment methods(F=12.97,p<0.05). The patients’IL-6 level has different trends in different treatment time under different treatment methods(F=36.40,p<0.01). IL-6 level generally shows significant linear decrease trend (F=7.98,p<0.01) with the extension of treatment time, but between treatment time 5d to10d,the derease in the level of IL-6 has no significant statistical difference(p>0.05).Linear trend is different between different groups(F=88.93,p<0.01).④ The difference of TNF-α level has no statistically significant under different treatment time(F=0.11,>0.05).The PHN patients’TNF-a level has no difference between conventional treatment and combined O3-AHT(F=0.70,p>0.05).The patients’ TNF-a level has no difference in different treatment time under different treatment methods(F=0.43,p>0.05).Analysis with the TNF-a level change trends,there is no significant linear relationship between treatment time and TNF-a water(F=0.19,p>0.05).
