The Doctor Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In Treatment Of Pediatric Around Facial Paralysis,110 Cases Were Retrospectively Analyzed

Purpose:In Liaoning university affiliated hospital of pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine from 2004 to 2014 admitted in recent 10 years around children with facial paralysis were analyzed retrospectively, to analyze its age, sex, characteristics, TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment, such as project, further investigate the surrounding sex facial paralysis related factors, clinical characteristics and treatment of the disease, to strengthen the understanding of children around sexual facial paralysis,better prevention and treatment of pediatric around sexual facial paralysis.Material and method:Retrospective investigation from 2004 to 2014 in Liaoning university affiliated hospital of pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine for nearly 10 years of children with facial paralysis, around the sex, age, solar terms, length of hospital stay,inducing factors, family history, complications, high risk, of traditional Chinese medicine, treatment and curative effect of project registration list, after statistics processing related results and analysis.Results:Around collecting 139 cases of children with facial paralysis cases, among them 2 cases were secondary hospital, 2cases were third hospital, hospital into standard and do not accord with standard of out of 110 cases including the ratio of men and women for 54:56.The four seasons all have cases, there is no obvious seasonal.The onset age minimum 5 months, 13 years old, biggest majority with 0 to 6 years old.There is a clear trigger 32 cases, accounting for 29.1% of the total number of cases.Cases with a cold for inducing factors are the most(21.8%).53 cases are on the right side of facial paralysis, ratio for boys and girls is 30:23,57 cases are on the right side of facial paralysis, ratio for boys and girls is24:33.In 83 patients with one or more complications, accounting for 75.5% of the total number of cases.Abnormal of Myocardial enzyme spectrum, mycoplasma pneumoniae infection, acute upper respiratory tract infection.No one had familygenetic history.TCM syndrome type distribution: the wind in the collaterals card 43 cases, the wind resistance network card 21 cases, cold evil resistance network card 14 cases, the cold phlegm obstruction collaterals12 cases, collaterals card 5 cases, the cold wind chill resistance network card 5 cases, the wind keen collaterals card in 5cases, the cold evil collaterals5 cases.Treatment massage method was applied in 100 cases, the application of acupuncture method in 109 cases, the application of moxibustion therapy in 100 cases, 30 cases of application of physical therapy.The course of treatment the shortest 7 days, the longest 57 days, mostly in 2-3 weeks.Cure:in 110 cases of children with 60 cases, Obviously effective : 24 cases, effective: 24 cases, invalid: 2 cases, total effective rate was 98.2%.Conclusion:1. The children around sexual facial paralysis in both men and women, in the majority with 0 to 6years old, there is no obvious seasonal.2. Children around sexual facial paralysis etiology is unclear, but related to the factors such as infection, cold,has nothing to do with heredity.3. Chinese medicine has a good effect in treatment of pediatric around facial paralysis.4. Around infantile and curative effect evaluation standard for the treatment of facial paralysis needs further standardize and unified.
