The Study Of Observing The Curative Effect Of Yiqi Tongluo Huatan Decoction In The Treatment Of Stable Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Accompanied With Depression

Objective: Using Yiqi Tongluo Huatan Decoction in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) class III patients with depression in lung and spleen deficiency syndrome of phlegm obstructing lung patients with depression, to investigate its effect on clinical symptoms, lung function and degree of depression, and to study the efficacy of the mechanim.Methods: Select standard 60 patients according to the diagnosis and the inclusion criteria and divide into 2 groups, 30 cases in the treatment group, 30 cases in the control group. The treatment group were given Yiqi Tongluo Huatan Decoction Combined with Seretide,and the control group was given seretide,treatment for 12 weeks. Observe before and after medication in patients with TCM syndrome integral, lung function index, HAMD Depression Scale score changes.Results: The clinical symptoms, the total effective rate of treatment group was 96.67%,and total effective rate of the control group was 83.33%(P < 0.05). The treatment group in the clinical symptoms, lung function were significantly improved after treatment(P < 0.01).The treatment group HAMD depression scores compared with those before treatment there was a significant difference(P < 0.05). There was significant difference in the comparison between the groups(P < 0.01 comparison of clinical symptoms, pulmonary function, HAMD depression score comparison of P < 0.05).Conclusion: Yiqi Tongluo Huatan Decoction can obviously improve the patients with COPD class III patients with depression of lung and spleen qi deficiency with phlegm obstructing lung type of clinical symptoms and lung function, reduce the degree of depression, and it is effective and safe.
