The Clinical Observation Of Zheng Qing Feng Tong Ning Injection With Electroporation For The Treatment Of Rheumatoid Arthritis Of Knee Joint

Rheumatoid arthritis is a common disease rheumatic diseases,is a chronic systemic inflammatory disease.Intra articular synovialaccounted for 1/2 of the total human synovial joint involvement,therefore is very commonin patients with knee rheumatoid arthritis.Knee joint swelling,pain and inconvenience caused by the deformation of the activities,seriously affecting the quality of life of patients.Objective:To observe clinical effect of combined treatment of solution based on the combined application of Zhengqingfengtongning injection in the knee joint of electroporation through medicine to relieve joint symptoms of knee rheumatoid arthritis of conventional Western medicine.Methods: A total of 61 patients with knee joint involvement in patients with rheumatoid arthritis,were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group was treated with combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment(Xiyanping injection,honghuahuangsesu injection,Hyhydroxychloroquine sulfate tablets,Leflunomide and Traditional Chinese medicine),the observation group incombination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment on the basis of the application of Zhengqingfengtongning injection of knee joint electroporation transdermaldrug.Two weeks of treatment,through the contrast between the two groups before and after treatment DAS28 score,WOMAC score,HAQ score and TCM symptoms integral,safety indicators to evaluate the clinical application value of Zhengqinfengtongning injection electroluminescent hole medicine.Results: The clinical observation shows,in the improvement of WOMAC score, HAQ score and TCM syndrome scores, the Experience group is better than the control group(P < 0.05); no significant difference in the decrease of Platelet(PLT),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR), C-reactive protein(CRP),rheumatoid factor(RF), anti cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody(CCP),DAS28 score.Conclusion: Based on the treatment of Zhengqingfengtongning injection in the knee joint of electroporation transdermal drug to relieve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,improve the quality of life in patients with ideal effect,good safety,convenient operation,easy to be accepted by patients,it is worthy of clinical application.
