Fatty abnormal hematic disease,it is common disease of the middle-aged and old heart cerebrovascular disease incidence increased year by year,become an important factor which cause serious damage to health.Teacher many years clinical experience in treatment of disease of heart head blood-vessel,found the sun be the spirit is insufficient,qi jin micro metabolic disorder is one of the reasons for abnormal lipid metabolism,and helped Yang method of prevention and treatment of abnormal lipid metabolism,and receive better curative effect.This research mainly expounds the fu Yang law theoretical basis for prevention and control of the disease,and observe the prevention and control of fu Yang method of lipid abnormalities disease clinical curative effect,aims to deepen the research provided the scientific basis for the future.Objective:To explore the diagnosis and treatment method of fu Yang abnormal lipid levels,theoretical basis and the clinical curative effect of fu Yang fang.Methods:Choose between January 2014 and January 2014 clinics in lichuan people’s hospital during the period of 60 patients with Yang deficiency type of lipid abnormalities disease,according to the order were randomly divided into treatment group and control group in the two groups,respectively treated with fu Yang and:2 months,observe the blood lipid level,Chinese medicine symptom integral and the influence of the liver and kidney function,to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety.Results:1.the clinical curative effect comparison: treatment group total effective rate was 93.3%,total effective rate of TCM symptom of93.3% :the total effective rate was 80.0%,total effective rate of TCM symptom of 56.7%,the treatment group compared with control group in total treatment has no obvious difference(p>0.05),TCM symptoms in treatment group total effectiveness is better than the control group(p<0.05)2.lipid levels: compared with before treatment,the two groups after treatment of cholesterol(TC) 、 triglyceride(TG) 、 low density lipoprotein(LDL- C) levels were significantly decreased(p <0.05);Treatment group(high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)level increased significantly(p<0.05),the control level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)no significant change(p>0.05).3.safety evaluation:two groups were not found obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion:Fu Yang method in the treatment of dyslipidemia disease curative effect,safe treatment.
