| Objective: By comparing the minimally invasive bone plate technology combined with closed irrigation drainage, and traditional open reduction in Gustilo typeâ…¡and â…¢ A. Clinical curative effect in the treatment of open fractures of tibia, summary to compare the advantages and disadvantages of these two methods, provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods : The review period of 2013 March to 2014 May analysis, from the Department of orthopedics of the First Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 39 cases of open tibial fractures. In the treatment, were randomly divided into A, B two group, A group with limited incision and drainage for the treatment of reduction and internal fixation technique combined with closed lavage, B group using the traditional open reduction and fixation, to observe the operation time, bleeding volume, the two days of hospitalization, postoperative complications, fracture healing time. Using Johner-Wruh criteria to evaluate the function of the limb, and using SPSS17.0 statistical analysis. And make an evaluation of these two treatment methods. Results: After operation, 39 cases were followed up, follow up time of 6 months to 1 year, average 9 months. Two groups of operation time and bleeding volume had no obvious difference, hospital stay, postoperative complications, fracture healing time, traditional open reduction and internal fixation group were longer than those of limited internal fixation combined with closed lavage of patients, no significant abnormality in the function evaluation of long term. Conclusion:Limited open reduction and internal fixation and closed lavage drainage is better than the traditional open reduction and internal fixation in the treatment of Gustilo type II, III type A has obvious advantages, can effectively reduce the length of hospital stay, reduce the postoperative complications, shorten the time of fracture healing. |
