Correlation Study Between Meridian Blocking Syndrome Of Depressive State And The Syndrome Of Phlegm And Heating

Object:This study was to explore the basis theory of Meridian Blocking Syndrome of Depressive State and Meridian Blocking Syndrome of Depressive State with the syndrome of phlegm and heating in patients with clinical symptoms and signs, the closed area and main meridians which are easy to block to create a new treatment for clinical.Methods:Choose 185 patients with Depression Syndrome of Meridian Anesthesia according to the earlier rating scale of Meridian Blocking Syndrome of Depressive State.Then choose 61 patients from them according to the syndrome of differentiation standard developed by professor Zhang Anling.Analyze and conclude the closed areas easy to block and main meridians,clinical symptoms and signs, for eligible patients.Results:The closed meridian easy to block from high to low respectively are: liver meridian,gallbladder meridian,heart meridian,stomcha meridian,small intestine meridian,ren meridian, bladder meridian,spleen meridian,triple energizer Meridian.The closed areas easy to block from high to low respectively are:lower limbs,chest area,upper area,head area,back ares.Association rules analysis of parts of the two and the close degree of high blocking meridians are liver Meridian associated with gallbladder meridian,lung meridian,heart meridian,small intestine meridian,bladder meridian,triple energizer Meridian.bravery Meridian and heart Meridian,lung Meridian,triple energizer Meridian,bladder Meridian.gallbladder meridian associated with triple energizer Meridian,lung Meridian.lung Meridian associated with heart Meridian, bladder meridian.Du Meridian associated with heart Meridian,lung Meridian.Liver meridian usually blocks in the lower limbs following line areas, gallbladder meridian usually blocks in head and shoulder, heart Meridian, lung Meridian, small intestine usually block in the following lines of upper limb regions, bladder Meridian usually block at the back and the head more following line areas, small intestine usually block in Tian Zong area, ren meridian usually block in Dan Zhong area, du meridian usually block at the back of the head following line areas. Association rules analysis of parts of the more and the close degree of higher easy blockage of the two groups of main meridians respectively are liver Meridian,bravery Meridian and lung Meridian,liver Meridian, bravery Meridian and heart Meridian.The high incidence of clinical symptoms and signs with patients in the top 10 respectively are:tenderness;irritable character At ordinary times;Difficult to fall asleep or didn’t sleep well;Forgetfulness;Blue; Subcutaneous nodules; Impotent; The pain; Ringing in the ears;Dry mouth.Conclusion: 1. Meridian Blocking Syndrome of Depressive State with the syndrome of phlegm and heating in patients have difference in the blocking areas and meridians; 2. Meridian Blocking Syndrome of Depressive State with the syndrome of phlegm and heating in patients with clinical symptoms and signs indict three aspects:one is the qi depression that does not reach; Second, the depression of the phlegm and heating; The three is that the pathological changes of obstructed meridians and moisten meridians is the key to cause pathological reaction.
