Objective: By comparing the "basin inflammation disappear pain Ⅱ party joint cassia twig tuckahoe pills" group and "cassia twig tuckahoe pills" group, proving the advantage of basin inflammation disappear pain Ⅱ and revealing the mechanism of action of basin anti-inflammatory analgesic Ⅱelimination.Methods:Cases of conforming to the standards were randomly divided into the observation group(40 cases) given "Basin Inflammation Disappear PainⅡParty joint Cassia Twig Tuckahoe Pills" and the control group(40 cases) given "Cassia Twig Tuckahoe Pills" by the method of clinical observation. In addition to medication, other conditions of two groups remain the same as far as possible to make it more comparable. All information comes from the department of Gynaecology of Henan Provincial Reasearch Institute For Population and Family Planning.(The Basin of Inflammation Disappear Pain Ⅱ Party provided by the Affiliated Hospital of Henan Provincial Reasearch Institute For Population and Family Planning.) The concentrated decoction of Basin of Inflammatory PainⅡParty is given 100 ml once a day by retention enema. And the Cassia twig tuckahoe pills, which is given 6 pills at one time, 2 times one day orally. Stop treating at the Menstruation. Control group:40 cases were treated with the Cassia twig tuckahoe pills given 6 pills at one time, 2 times one day orally. Stop treating at the Menstruation. Both of them are 10 days for a course. Besides we will observe the curative effect after 3 continuous course.Results:1.The results of post-treatment of the two groups were significantly improved than the pre-treatment’s. The total effective rate of the observation group and control group was 94.29% and 67.57% respectively.As the effect of observation group was significantly better than the control group, the difference between them was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.The effective rate of main symptoms of two groups was respectively 80% and 54.05% respectively. The result of the observation group was better than that of the control group, so the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The scores of main symptoms between two groups post-treatment were significantly lower than that of pre-treatment, which means the observation group was better than that of the control group, so the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.The effective rate of secondary symptoms of two group were 94.29% and 72.97% respectively, which means the observation group was better than that of the control group, so the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The scores of secondary symptoms between two groups post-treatment were significantly lower than that of pre-treatment, which means the observation group was better than that of the control group, so the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.Effective rate of local signs of two groups were 94.29% and 67.57% respectively, which means the observation group was better than that of the control group, so the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The scores of local signs between two groups ipost-treatment were significantly lower than that of pre-treatment, which means the observation group was better than that of the control group, so the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.In the process of treatment between the groups, the blood routine, urine routine, liver function and renal function didn’t appeal abnormal.Conclusion: 1. Basin Inflammation Disappear PainⅡcan effectively improve the symptoms of blood stasis type of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, and relieve the patient’s condition, or even a cure. 2. Curative effect of Basin Inflammation Disappear Pain Ⅱ Party with the method of rectal perfusion treat the blood stasis type of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is superior to curative effect by oral of Cassia Twig Tuckahoe Pills.
