Modern harmacological studies have shown that, tswe has an obvious effect on anti hepatic fibrosis, But the material basis for efficacy is not clear.Turtle Contains a large number of peptide components, also contains amino acids, polysaccharides, animal glue, horny, trace elements 。 The results of the previous cell experiments and animal experiments show that, the active anti hepatic fibrosis part of Trionycis Carapax was compounds which molecular weight is lower than 6kD, And to explore the mechanism of the anti hepatic fibrosis, make sure that it has the effect of anti hepatic fibrosis is the active site of turtle shell, Based on multistage membrane separation technology was prepared turtle shell active polypeptide sites。This thesis is under the guidance of TCM theory, basis on the previous study. Studied on the activity of lyophilized powder of turtle peptide and makes a preliminary study on biological transformation and everted gut Turtle active polypeptide substance in simulated gastrointestinal absorption of the environment, for the further development of the turtle into anti fibrosis traditional Chinese medicine development innovation and provide scientific basis for the interpretation of its pharmacodynamic material. The main research work of this thesis contains:(1)Use the of modern preparation technology, the preparation of active peptide turtle freeze-dried protection types and dosage of agent, freeze-drying process parameters were studied, the reasonable system of preparation parameters were determined; the pilot test, can transition to industrialization.( 2) By using modern analysis technology, the turtle lyophilized active peptide character, fingerprint and determination of arsenic and heavy metals, salt, dissolving time, moisture content were studied systematically, established the perfect quality criteria, can effectively control the quality of freeze-dried powder of Biejia active peptide.(3)In accordance with the "guiding principle" study on the stability of Chinese medicine and natural medicine technology, the accelerated test and storage test methods, the turtle lyophilized active peptide stability was studied.
