This clinical observation aims to evaluation its efficacy and performance.Methods: According to the order of treatment, the 20 patients included in the study,all patients in good health, requiring the patient to actively cooperate with the treatment,and after opening in the clinical examination and laboratory examinations diagnosed pulpitis, periapical, periodontal endodontic lesions. Exclude cracked teeth, root fracture and other diseases, to prevent post-impact assessment of efficacy. Teeth using one time method to fill the root canal. Teeth X-ray dental film irradiated marrow preparation open hole type, to explore the root canal orifices, clean up the infected pulp lesions, 3%H2O2 and 0.9% NaCl flush respectively. 10 # or 15 # steel hand K file exploration root canal orifices and the establishment of the straight path.Using by root canal measuring instrument with X-ray contrast to determine the working length. Use SafeSider rotary files with crown-down method to prepare the root canal. Using the Endo-Express Dental handpiece, first with 15 #, 20 # handuse instruments prepare to the root tips. Using G drill make the 1 / 3-2 / 3 parts of crown open, using 25 # 08 taper nickel-titanium endodontic instruments expanded apical, then expanded with 04 apical taper 30 # NiTiendodontic instruments. Every time replace the instruments, using 3% H2O2 and 0.9%NaCl, flush the root canal.After root canals completed, lap across the wet, dry paper tip lumen, import AHplus root canal filling materials, conventional way or hot gutta-percha fill method fill the root canal.Results: In 20 patients with clinical follow-up observation, none appear to be straightened needle and pain phenomenon, no apical foramen drift and stairs appear.Because the preparation of large taper root canal makes it easy to wash, disinfect, and make it easy of One-time filling. One-time root canal therapy, only 2 to 3 cases of postoperative pain symptoms appear, but after oral anti-inflammatory drugs may be 2 to3 days the pain disappeared, without special treatment, the prognosis results are good.Conclusion: By using SafeSider rotary files, thanks to its unique instrument unilateral flat surface design, reducing equipment and pipe wall friction coefficient, reducing fatigue equipment, improve the use of instruments lifetime. And other nickel-titanium root canal files with strong root canal cutting ability. although good elasticity, but in the case of using large endodontic file, the root canal straightening prone phenomenon. Due to continuous rotation, instruments separated ofen happen.Especially for curved lumen reflect SafeSider rotary nickel-titanium files is good at to maintain the original form of the root canal, and it has light postoperative reaction. Do not worry too much about the problem of SafeSider rotary files separation.Just a dedicated dental handpiece does’ t need equipped with special motors.
