Study On The Policies Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Preventive Health Based On The Principle Of Synergetics

Chinese medicine preventive health care is also called "Preventive Treatment of Disease", which is healthful culture with Chinese characteristics. With the development of economic, people’s need for preventive health care is rapidly growing. Chinese medicine preventive health services have the feature of low-cost and good effect, which gets more and more attention from the community. "Health for All" is an important part of the "China Dream". Since the founding of New China, the Party Central Committee and the State Council attached great importance to the development of the pharmaceutical industry. The state has promulgated a series of policies to promote the development of Chinese medicine preventive health services since 2008, and these policies involved in many areas, which provided policy support for the development of Chinese medicine preventive health services. The development of Chinese medicine preventive health care services can help ease the burden on our health care, reduce medical costs and contribute to building a harmonious society.Chinese medicine preventive health care policy belongs in the public policy area. Synergies can occur among preventive medicine health policies. Understand the mechanism of policy coordination mode, to explore building a prevention health policy model. Finally, in order to achieve the synergy among medicine preventive health service policies, we propose policy recommendations from the policy itself, the policy implementation, the main target groups and policy environment.
