Zuogui Pill Clinical Study For The Treatment Of Postmenopausal Osteoporosis

Objective:By comparing Zuogui pill and estrogen laboratory indexes for the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis, to evaluate the curative effect and the security of zuogui pill, to provide the basis for clinical application.Methods:Using EXCEL random table,100 casees of patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis were randomly divided into 3 groups, group A:taking calcium, odd and afar ossification alcohol;Group B:on the basis of group A,add up tibolone;Group C:on the basis of group A,add up zuogui pill.Treatment for 6 months.Compared with fracture risk factors after treatment, blood biochemical indicators, the changes of bone mineral density and TCM symptoms curative effect.Results:In the main part of osteoporosis fracture,group B and group C have lower risk of hip fracture than in group A after the treatment, the difference was statistically significant, when compared group B with group C, there was no statistically significant difference.Bone mineral density in the femoral neck and lumbar spine and in BMD at LI-4,Group B and group C were higher than in group A after the treatment, and group B was higher than that of group C, the difference was statistically significant.ALP,β-CTX, PINP in group B and group C are lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant, comparing the two groups has no statistical significance. E2 of group B was obviously higher than that of group C and group A, the difference was statistically significant,while group C compared with group A, there was no statistically significant difference.The total effective rate of group B and C group were higher than the group A, the difference was statistically significant,group B compared with group C, there was no statistically significant difference.Conclusion:zuogui pill can obviously increase the BMD,reduce the risk of fractures, reduce bone conversion rate,but can’t elevate E2 levels,and has obvious TCM symptoms curative effect, has similar effect with E2.On postmenopausal osteoporosis zuogui pill have certain curative effect, when estrogen can’t be used for various reasons,we can choose zuogui pill to add and subtract the dialectical treatment.
