| Objective:To observe the effect of treatment of cooling blood to remove blood stasis prescription for pediatric Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis type I (blood-heat with blood stasis syndrome).To research the effect on symptoms, signs and laboratory findings after using the treatment of cooling blood and removing blood stasis. To confirm the efficacy and safety of treatment of cooling blood and removing blood stasis from the three angles.Methods:Take the children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis type I (blood-heat with blood stasis syndrome) as research object and divide them randomly into 2 groups, test group with 30 cases and control group with 30 cases. Both two groups were treated with routine western medicine as cetirizine syrup, oral dipyridamole tablets and Vitamin C and Chinese patent medicine as Salvia Tablets, the test group was additionally given TCM of cooling blood to remove blood stasis prescription. The symptoms, signs and laboratory findings between two groups and pre and post treatment were statistically analyzed.Results:①Comparison of the Comprehensive curative effects,6 cases were completely cured,14 cases significantly effective,7 cases progressive,and only 3 cases invalid in the treatment group,the total effective rate was 90.0%.Meanwhile 2 case was completely cured,6 cases significantly effective,14 cases progressive, and 8 cases invalid in the control group,the total effective rate was 73.3%.Wilcoxon signed rank test showed a significant difference(P<0.01).② Intra-group comparison, in the test group, main symptoms of skin purpura, hematuria and all the secondary symptoms had all been improved and showed a significant difference (P<0.01), abdominal pain had been improved(P<0.05), symptom of arthralgia had improved but with no statistical difference(P>0.05).In the control group,main symptoms of skin purpura, hematuria and secondary symptoms as stool and tongue picture had improved with significant difference compared with pre-treatment(P<0.01),and symptoms of abdominal pain,arthralgia,thirst and pulse had no statistical difference compared with pre-treatment(P>0.05). ③Comparison between groups,the efficacy of the test group was better than the control group on the symptoms of skin purpura,hematuria and all the secondary symptoms(P<0.05).④Patients in both two groups had normal liver function and no adverse reactions.Conclusion:Cooling blood to remove blood stasis prescription is an effect way for pediatric Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis type I (blood-heat with blood stasis syndrome).It can obviously improve symptoms, signs and laboratory findings, and there’s no adverse reactions. It’s worth promoting. |
