Objective To study TSHR m RNA may play an important role in the diagnosis of thyroid cancer;Method Collect peripheral blood of thyroid surgical inpatients from February 2014 to December 2014 at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University, Then they were divided into two groups according to the thyroid pathology biopsy results: Thyroid cancer group(52 cases) and Benign thyroid disease group(28 cases).And select 7 healthy individuals as control group.It was detected by real-time PCR, Ct values were compared with thyroid cancer and benign thyroid disease simultaneously. TSHR m RNA in peripheral blood, and analysis and comparison of relativity.Results 1. The thyroid carcinoma patients peripheral blood relative expression of TSHR m RNA(2.682±1.030) significantly higher than that of benign thyroid diseases(1.233 ±0.332),(P < 0.05); 2. In the thyroid carcinoma group, TSHR m RNA of male patients(2.576 ±1.210) significantly lower than female patients(2.719±0.971),(P < 0.05); 3.In the thyroid carcinoma group, TSHR m RNA expression of age < 45 patients(2.798±1.166) and age≧45 patients(2.600±0.939)have no significant statistical differences(P>0.05); 4. In papillary carcinoma group, TSHR m RNA expression of the patients with lymph node(2.827±1.113) and no lymph node metastasis patients(2.746±0.910) have no significant statistical difference(P>0.05);5. In papillary carcinoma group,TSHR m RNA expression of the patients with tumor diameter > 4 cm(2.830±1.076) and patients with tumor diameter less than 4 cm(2.728±0.936) have no significant statistical difference(P > 0.05); 6. In papillary carcinoma group,TSHR m RNA expression patients capsular invasion(2.842±1.110) and patients with no capsular invasion(2.832±0.944) have no significant statistical difference(P > 0.05).Conclusion TSHR m RNA level in thyroid cancer group were significantly higher than in benign thyroid disease group(P <0.05);In thyroid cancer group,TSHR m RNA was associated with patients’ sex(P <0.05);In PTC cancer group, there were no significantly differences between the patients whether have lymph node metastasis or not,(P >0.05);TSHR m RNA expression was not correlated with age, tumor size, tumor invasion and metastasis(P>0.05). TSHR m RNA may play an important role in the diagnosis of thyroid cancer, TSHR m RNA may serve as a potential specific indicator for predicting thyroid cancer.
