The Study Of Clinical Observation For The Treatment Of Lower Extremity Deep Vein Thrombosis With Dian Nan Xue Shuan Prescriptions

[Objective] By observing the dian nan xue shuan prescriptions before and after the treatment of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis patients relieve clinical symptoms, alleviate time, and the thrombus under the ultrasound, blood coagulation function, the effiction of drug to different parts of the thrombosis explore the dian nan xue shuan prescriptions effection for the treatment of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis.[Methods] Random screening of 62 cases in October 2012-March 2015 hospitalization in our hospital who with lower extremity deep vein thrombosis,and devided into 2 grours,dian nan xue shuan prescriptions(n=31),urokinase combination heparin and aspirin(n=31).observe the Coagulation function,the volume of thrombus and the cross section diameter of the leg with the illness on the first day,seventh day, fifteenth day.take note the data,and then analyze the data.[Results] dian nan xue shuan prescriptions has remarkable thrombolysis and anticoagulation effection, the total effective rate was 96.77%, and the thigh swelling rate was 84%, and the leg swelling rate was 64%, Which can obviously improve the symptoms of patients with sore, ease the pain of the patients, improve the quality of life.[Conclusions] Experimental group and control group in the treatment of the general data set before the blood routine, blood coagulation function of the differences between no statistical significance (P>0.05), dian nan xue shuan prescriptions side treatment group total effective rate was 96.77%, and the leg swelling rate was 84%, and the leg swelling rate was 64%(P<0.05, P<0.01); Experimental group swelling time 5 days,9 days (the control group (P<0.05). Group has nothing to do in different parts of thrombosis and thrombolysis effect (P<0.05).
