| [Objective] To study the stress distribution discipline of the mandibular first molar restored by different depth and materials endo-crown and compare with full-crown to theoretical reference for clinic work.[Method] Models built by the CBCT which including gingival, cortical bone, cancellous bone, periodontal membrane and the mandibular first molar. The stress distribution of the different depth and material endo-crown was studied and analyzed by three dimensional finite element method under the same loads.[Result] Under the same composition of forces, the 2mm endo-crown stress on dentin and whole distortion is the minimum one. Compare the 4mm and 6mm and full-crown, the 4mm endo-crown is the maximum, bigger than 6mm endo-crown, and also better than full-crown. As to cementum, periodontal membrane and alveolar bone, there was no obvious difference between these structures; The different materials influence on the stress distribution was very little; The stress distribution of endo-crown is better than full-crown.[Conclusions] The 2mm endo-crown is the best one for mandibular first molar restoration among the others in this experiment circumstance; The different materials is not the most significant problem when we make a treatment plan for the mandibular first molar restoration; Under the experiment circumstance, the stress level of endo-crown is better than full-crown. |
