| Objective:To study the peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ2 gene (C161-T) relations and (Pro12Ala) polymorphism with type 2 diabetes or diabetic nephropathy,Further study of haplotype association analysis of the impact of type 2 di abetes and diabetic nephropathy compared.Objects and methods:normal group of yanbian university hospital outpatient health physical examination in 204 cases:male 124, female 80, the average age (53.70+ 7.05), and at the same time, according to the WHO diagnostic criteria,1999 in yanbian university hospital endocrinology,300 cases of type 2 diabetes patients in hospital (male 164, female 136) as a case group. The case group is divided into the DN with DN group. To extract DNA from the subjects, (PCR-RFLP), direct sequencing, enzyme reaction, using SPSS 17.0 statistical system for processing.Results:(1) when they are compared to the case group and normal group C161T gene polymorphism T allele, gene Pro12Ala polymorphism A allele differences between the two groups respectively (P< 0.05); (2) the DN and DN group comparison, C161T gene polymorphism T allele has no statistical significance between the two groups, and Pro12Ala gene A gene mutation rate was statistically significant difference between the two groups (P< 0.05) and (3) C161T Pro12Ala polymorphism TA haploid type between the DN with DN group has statistically significant (P< 0.05).Conclusion:(1) peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ2 gene polymorphisms C161T T allele may be a protective factor for type 2 diabetes;(2) peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ2 gene Pro12Ala polymorphism allele may be A protective factors of type 2 diabetes mellitus and diabetic nephropathy;(3) peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ2 genotype TA haploid may be a protective factor for diabetic nephropathy. |
