Study On The Ancient Clinical Medication Law Of Treatment Of Stroke Based On Traditional Chinese Medicine System

Objective: The purpose of this study is to explore the ancient clinical medication law of treatment of apoplexy, including drug law, commonly used drugs, couplet medicines a n d n e w d r u g c o m b i n a t i o n a n d s o o n, i n o r d e r t o p r o v i d e n e w i d e a s a n d methods for treatment of stroke.Methods: This research intends to collect ancient prescription for treatment of stroke, establish stroke prescription database, and analysis on the use of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System, through looking for the high frequency of drugs, drug properties, and couplet medicines in order to investigate stroke medicine compatibility rule, which can summarize etiology and pathogenesis of the ancient treatment of stroke.Results: According to the prescriptions of the inclusion and exclusion criteria, we get a total of 617 prescriptions, involving 320 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine, which conform to the standard. The statistical results of the data shows us the drug rules of the commonly used drugs for the treatment of apoplexy. Fistly, the main drug propertie is Wen. Secondly, the most three common flavors of drugs are Xin, Gan, bitter. Thirdly, the top five Channel Tropism is in the liver, spleen, heart, lungs, kidney by. Fourthly, the classification of drugs takes diaphoretic most, followed by tonic medicine for rheumatism. Fifthly, fangfeng and chuanxiong combination are the most common couplet medicines; The last but not the least, we get 13 groups of new drug combinations of treatment of stroke.Conclusion: The research summarized the ancient clinical medication law of treatment of stroke. With studying the prescription to speculate syndromes, we analysis the method in treatment of stroke, which can provide reference for further clinical research on new methods of treatment of stroke.
