Research Of New Rural Medical Insurance System Problem

In recent years, health care system in our country is achieving the effective establishment and development. Making a lot of progress about the coverage of the health care system among urban and rural residents. However, there is still a lot to be done in rural health care system. With the increasing demand for medical care, rural residents’ need cannot be met effectively. The development in rural area is lagging behind with little improvement of people’s living quality because of this. This also hinders building up the harmonious socialist society. This article has researched the new system with the following four aspects:(1) Combining the current situation in different countries and the analysis of theoretical research, the article analyzes these problems based on the problems of the rural medical system. Making relevant analysis on the development process and progress of medical security system in rural areas and at the same time, proposing new rural cooperative medical care system’s characteristics and implementation of the achievement and the experience.(2) From the perspective of principles themselves and the implementation of the principles, conduct in depth analysis on the new rural cooperative medical care system’s flaw as well as its problems, and analyze the cause of the problems.(3) Based on the former research, making relevant suggestions and tactics in regard to the inherent problems of security system of the new rural cooperative medical care system. The new rural medical care system proposes the related advices, enhances the government leading capacity, consummates the mechanism of guarantee, and reforms the rural medical security system institutions.(4) The last part of the article makes conclusions according to the theoretical research and points out the shortage. Finally, it provides suggestion for the research in the future.
