Clinical Study Of Regulating Liver And Invigorating Spleen For The Treatment Of Primary Liver Cancer

Objective: Evaluation of the liver spleen and the clinical curative effect of treatment of primary liver cancer, and its treatment mechanism is analyzed, new ideas for the treatment of liver cancer.Methods: Will conform to the standard by using randomized method, 60 cases of primary liver cancer patients as the research object, divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. Treatment group to the liver spleen and joint foundation treatment and symptomatic treatment, the control group only in the foundation treatment and symptomatic treatment. Continuous treatment 3 period of treatment, a course of 4 weeks. Record the syndromes, physical conditions of the two groups, survival, liver function and tumor marker levels and blood coagulation function index, observe its change, and statistical analysis.Results: the treatment group and the control group total effectiveness, efficacy in improving clinical symptoms have significant difference(P < 0.05). Compared to the control group in the group ALB levels had statistical difference(P < 0.05), there were significant differences between the treatment group TB, ALT in group(P < 0.05). There was significant difference in the KPS of the physical aspects of the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.05). Change in tumors, tumor markers, survival in two groups has no statistical difference(P > 0.05).Conclusion: regulating the liver and invigorating spleen can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, improve the patients physical strength, reduce the level of bilirubin. Safe and effective in clinical application.
