| Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect and evaluation the Yiqi Zengshi pill in the treatment of spleen and stomach deficiency type of adolescent myopia.Methods: 60 cases of spleen and stomach deficiency type of adolescent myopia patients, randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group; the treatment group oral Yiqi Zengshi pill, control group oral Zengguang tablets. Changes of two groups of patients visual acuity, diopter, TCM symptoms integral 12 weeks after treatment to observe the clinical efficacy evaluation.Results: ① Two groups of patients before and after treatment of vision: visual acuity before treatment by t test showed that the two groups were comparable(P> 0.05), although after treatment groups showed no significant visual acuity(P> 0.05), but the two groups in treatment both before and after the group comparison showed a significant difference(P <0.05), showed that the two groups were improved vision after treatment; two groups of patients before and after treatment showed no visual ②effect was statistically significant(P> 0.05), but the treatment group total efficiency(86.7%) was higher than the control group(80%); refraction two groups of patients ③before and after the change showed no statistically significant(P> 0.05), but the overall treatment group(16.7%) higher than the control group(10%); ④improving aspects of TCM syndromes: TCM symptom scores between the two groups there was a significant difference(P <0.05) after treatment; ⑤ comparison of efficacy of TCM symptoms: the total efficiency of the treatment group(93.3%) was significantly higher than the control group(66.7%), the results of the two groups(P <0.05) there was a significant difference between the treatment group showed significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:①The Qi Zengshi pill can improve the deficiency of spleen and stomach deficiency of adolescent myopia patients with clinical symptoms, improve eyesight, especially on the effect of mild myopia patients exactly; ②the Qi Zengshi pill has qi and spleen, nourishing blood for improving eyesight, deficiency in spleen and stomach treatment of juvenile myopia, although poor in patients with high myopia the curative effect in diopter, but can clearly improve the spleen and stomach deficiency physique, on myopic play a preventive role and promote the growth of the young development;③Third Hospital of self as preparation, spleen and stomach deficiency type Zengguang tablets aspects of patients with myopia treatment the curative effect is obviously superior to the country medicine accurate. |
