Clinical Observation On The Effects Of Puerperal Women ’s Physical Rehabilitation Treated By Chanfubao Decoction

Objective:To observe the effects of puerperal women ’s physical rehabilitation treated by Chanfubao decoction. On the one hand, to observe the influence on uterine recovery, including the size of the uterus and the duration of the hemorrhagic lochia. On the other hand, to observe the impact on the blood coagulation function, including PT、APTT、TT、FIB and D-dimer。In addition,to observe form recovery and lactation of the puerperal women。Methods:To select 100 cases puerperas who give birth through vaginal,which are randomly divided into two groups(research group:50cases;control group:50cases). Research group should begin to use Chanfubao decoction at the first day of postpartum,2 times each day, 1bag, for 10 days. Control group should begin to use New shenghua particles at the first day of postpartum,2 times each day,2bags,for 10 days. To observe and compare the uterine size,the body mass index(BMI) and blood coagulation function of the two groups before and after treatment, To observe the duration of the hemorrhagic lochia and lactation after treatment.Results : ①The uterine volume in research group was obviously reduced after treatment,the effect is better than the control group. ②The duration of the hemorrhagic lochia in research group was obviously shortened after treatment,the effect is better than the control group.③The body mass index(BMI) in research group was obviously less after treatment,the effect is better than the control group ④ Before and after treatment, the research group patients ’ PT,APTT prolonged, the difference had significant statistical significance(P<0.01).and compared with the control group after treatment, the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05); TT didn ’ t change significantly(P>0.05), compared with the control group after treatment, the difference still had no statistical significance(P>0.05).FIB decreased, the difference had significant statistical significance(P<0.01).and compared with the control group after treatment, the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).⑤ Before and after treatment, the research group patients ’ D-dimer decreased, the difference had significant statistical significance(P < 0.01).and compared with the control group after treatment, the difference had significant statistical significance too. ⑥After treatment,the lactation in research group was more efficient, better than the control group. Conclusion: The effect of the Chanfubao decoction in promoting the puerperal women ’s physical rehabilitation is good. And Chanfubao decoction can make the uterine recovery earlier, can shorten duration of the hemorrhagic lochia,can improve blood coagulation function, can promote form recovery and lactation.
