Effects Of Huoxuerougan Methods On Blood Pressure Variability Of Elderly Patients With Hypertension

Objective:Observe the effect of Huo Xue Rou Gan Fa for clinical efficacy, blood pressure variability and pulse wave velocity of elderly patients with geriatric hypertension in order to explore the mechanism.Methods:The 60 cases of hypertensive patients were randomly divided into a treatment group of 30 patients and a control group of 30 patients. The Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets as a basis for treatment(shihuida pharma(jilin) Limited company, approval number:H19991 082),2.5mg once a day orally; On this basis,the treatment group increased use of Huo Xue Rou Gan Fang, treatment for 4 weeks, Changes in two groups of patients before and after treatment of clinical efficacy, TCM syndrome, pulse wave velocity and improvement of blood pressure variability were observed.Results:The total clinical efficiency of 90% in the control group, the total clinical efficiency of 66.67%, the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);TCM syndromes efficiency of 90% in the control group, the total efficiency of 60%, the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05); After treatment than before treatment can reduce blood pressure, improve blood pressure variability and pulse wave velocity, the treatment group than the control group was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:Through the above studies show, Huo Xue Rou Gan Fang with western medicine can reduce blood pressure, pulse pressure, pulse conduction velocity and improve blood pressure variability, while improving clinical syndromes of TCM also has more advantages, will help to improve the long-term prognosis of patients with hypertension.
