The analysis of the composite of the value range will lay a foundation for the final formation of equilibrium price. Value range effectively solves the problem of low reliability by taking an example of X hospital as a reference and it is also a new idea can be used for public hospital assets valuation.Thus it can be seen, introducing the value range model and building a scientific appraisal system is the inevitable choice of public hospital assets evaluation.In addition, perfecting t laws and industry standards of the assets valuation、maintaining the independence of the asset appraisal institutions and building the system of public interest litigation of state-owned assets will be urgent tasks to keep up.
