The traditional traumatic surgery also needs to adapt to this changing.Surgical damage must be minimized to ensure that patient could have a good quality of life after having an operation. surgical navigation system is undertheseconditionsdevelop.This paper summarizes the research status of surgical navigation systems and the foundation of many different types of surgical navigation system, then study the three key technologies of Surgical navigation systems:In coordinate registration, this paper used registration algorithm based on the feature point set. In the feature point selection method for coordinate registration, We propose a method based on feature points collected from outside a patient’s body tool characteristics. In the process of collecting feature point,Completelygetridofthedependenceofhuman-computer interaction.Themethodofautomaticidentification inductionballcenter,reducingtheimpactofhumanfactorsonregistrationaccuracy..Inthecoordinatetransformation,basedonthetraditionalcoordinate transformation,thepaperintroduces theconceptoforientationtransformationwhichbasedonquaternion. Wepropose amethodforthecoordinate conversion scale to resolve the scale differences between the MRI coordinate system and the Image coordinatessystemIn correction the system, in order to solve the problem that the image uniformity and SNR are greatly influenced by theexternal environment, this paperpresents a systematic process ofcorrection andregistration program, using the system correction tools and software processes to quickly registration these coordinate systems.At last, we propose a dynamic equilibrium correction technology to ensure that the navigation accuracyofthesystemisnotaffectedbyoutsideenvironment.This paper presents three key technical solutions which have been successfully applied Xin Gaoyi’s minimally invasive surgical navigation system. To compare with other surgical navigation systems, it not only ensures the accuracy of the navigation system,it can accurately get the informations of lesions and surgicalinstruments,butalsoreducesthecostofsurgerytosolvethedifficultproblemofpatienttreatment. |
