Clinical Observation On "Drug-Oxygen Needling" Method For Treatment Of Vascular Dementia

Objectives To observe the therapeutic effect of “drug-oxygen needling” comprehensive therapy in the treatment of vascular dementia, preliminary explore its mechanism,for clinical treatment of vascular dementia provides a new method of curative effect,operation specification,and non-toxic side effects.Methods Selected 60 cases of vascular dementia patients who were in accordance with the inclusive criteria,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 30 cases.The treatment group was given “drug-oxygen needling ”comprehensive therapy,western medicine control group was given of Oxiracetam capsules.Each group measured by MMSE scale,ADL scale,hemorheology,D-dimer,and comparison the clinical curative effect and and traditional Chinese medicine symptom scale changes before and after treatment.Results 1 The overall clinical efficacy comparison :Treatment group:30 cases of clinical basic control in 7 cases, 9 cases had marked effect, 12 cases effective, ineffective in 2 cases, total effective rate was 93.33%;Control group: 30 cases of clinical basic control in 3, 6 cases had marked effect, 14 cases effectively, 7 had no effect, the total effective rate was 76.67%.The ridit test, difference comparison between treatment group and control group was statistically significant on the overall clinical efficacy(P< 0.05). 2Chinese medicine symptom curative effect comparison:the differences on treatment group before and after treatment in patients with TCM symptom rating scale was statistically significant(P<0.05),the differences between two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),prompt“drug-oxygen needling” comprehensive therapy to improve TCM symptoms in patients with vascular dementia has better curative effect.3 The impact on the intelligence :the difference of MMSE scores in treatment group before and after treatment,has statistically significant(P<0.01);and the differences of MMSE scores between two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),it is showed that the treatment group is better than the control group in improved the intelligence of vascular dementia. 4 The impact on the ability of daily life:the difference of ADL scores in treatment group before and after treatment,has statistically significant(P<0.01);andthe differences of ADL scores between two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.01),it is showed that the treatment group is better than the control group in improved the ability of daily life of vascular dementia. 5Hemorheology and D-dimer comparison:the differences of Hemorheology and D-dimer before and after treatment in treatment group,has statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions 1 “drug-oxygen needling ”curative effect on vascular dementia, and the curative effect is better than Oxiracetam capsule. 2 “drug-oxygen needling ”can improve the patient’s Chinese medicine symptoms,improve the level of cognitive intelligence and daily life activities ability, improve the quality of life,improve improve the level of Hemorheology and D-dimer, reduce the state for VD patient’s blood of “viscosity,cohesion,coagulation”,the clinical effect is significant.3“drug-oxygen needling ” on vascular dementia, less adverse reaction,no obvious side effect,suitable to popularize in the clinical application.
