To Observe The Clinical Efficacy Of Baixiaoqudu Lotion In The Treatment Of Edema Of Crissum Of Mixed Hemorrhoids After Surgeries

Comparison of the volume of anal edema, the number of the patients anal edema subsided after the treatment and the overall effect between the treatment group and control group, P<0.05, showed the Baixiaoqudu lotion in the treatment of hemorrhoid postoperative edema of anal edge effect is better than that of 1:5000 potassium permanganate solution. All the patients found no adverse drug reactions.Conclusions 1 Baixiaoqudu lotion act directly on anus week parts and has the effect of decreasing swellinging to relieving pain; 2 Baixiaoqudu lotion reduce anal edema volume, lighten pain, shorten the time of anal edge edema, and is better than the control group; 3 Baixiaoqudu lotion’s overall curative effect is better than the control group.
