Analysis Of The Present Situation And Influencing Factors Of Stroke Patients In Posttraumatic Growth

Objective To explore the influencing factors of post traumatic growth in stroke patients,through investigation and study the status quo of post traumatic growth of stroke patients,to provide scientific evidence for the early rehabilitation of stroke patients.Method Investigation and research by cross section method to 428 stroke patients were hospitalized in the Department of internal medicine of the people’s Hospital of Tangshan City, Hebei Province From December 2013 to October 2014, by use the post-traumatic growth table, cerebral stroke specific quality of life scale, anxiety and depression scale,trait coping style questionnaire, perceived social support scale table, the US National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale table carries on the questionnaire survey. Use SPSS13.0,Excel data statistics software package for processing.Using the t-test, analysis of variance comparing different differences in total score and each dimension of the growth of population statistical characteristics and anxiety, depression, social support, coping style,quality of life, illness stroke patients with trauma. Multivariate linear regression analysis was used to investigate the effect of gender, age and other variables on the growth of stroke patients after the impact of post-traumatic growth.Results 1 The average age of the stroke patients was 63.35 9.92 years, and the average score of the trauma was 53.85 + 8.921.2 The spouse of stroke patients with trauma after growth higher than without a spouse; higher education degree, stroke patients with trauma grow higher and higher; with the number of chronic diseases less, stroke patients with trauma grow higher and higher; without anxiety and depression in stroke patients with posttraumatic growth higher; social support, the higher the degree of that stroke patients with trauma grow higher and higher; coping style to actively respond to the more active,the stroke patients with posttraumatic growth higher.3 Spouse, anxiety and depression of posttraumatic growth of each dimension have influence; cultural degree of posttraumatic growth of relations with others, personal power, alter ego, insights on life dimensions influence; with the number of chronic diseases of posttraumatic growth of new possibilities,personal power, life sentiment dimension effect; coping style positive coping with trauma to grow new possibilities, personal power, alter ego, insights on life dimensions influence;with negative coping posttraumatic growth of personal dimension of power.4 The multiple linear regression analysis had no anxiety and depression, high social support, high coping style, high quality of life, and mild cerebral apoplexy patients after post-traumatic growth.Conclusions 1 The factors that affect the growth of stroke patients after trauma are:spouse, education, the number of chronic diseases, anxiety, depression, social support,coping style and positive response.2 Multiple linear regression analysis, the impact on stroke patients with posttraumatic growth factors for anxiety, depression, social support,trait coping style, quality of life, illness, which the most influential factors for anxiety,depression and social support.
