| As the competition in global military field becomes more fierce, and with the development of military management theory and practice, the reformation of military technology and army organization system is not only a new military transformation, but also a reformation of army human resource management. Performance management is wildly adopted in army’s human resource management; this new military reform is not only the technology reform and structure reform, but also the human resource reform. In China, the application of performance management in army is just the beginning.Nowadays, military hospitals use performance management methods traditionally used by enterprises for reference, exerted it into the management of hospitals by digesting, absorbing and re-designing, and won excellent social and military benefits. However, there are still many problems in practical working, such as imperfect system environment, understanding deviation, process defects, too much administrative intervention, and improper operation in feedback link and so on. Therefore we should continue to improve the performance management, intensify their connotation construction, further optimize hospital management and the process of medical services, enhance medical service quality and hospital management efficiency, and promote hospitals to go on a continuous, healthy and scientific road of development.By integrating the methods of literature review, we search and study the related books, articles and internet materials on performance management; in addition, we use comparison and example methods to analysis the questions and potentials in hospital management; and use SWOT mode to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the army’s performance management in order to know the surroundings and find out the problems exist in the management. At last, the paper discussed the construction of a whole performance management system in the army and issued improvement approaches in order to make a better management system. |
