Objective:Endometrial carcinoma is one of the most common gynecologic malignancy. To investgate the expression of Maspin and P53 in Endometrial cancer, atypical hyperplasia of endometrium, normal endometrium with cancerous changes and to explore their role in the carcinogenesis of endometrium, and hoping to provide a theoretic basis for clinical diagnosis, treatment and predicting pognosis.Method:the expression of Maspin, and P53 was studied in 42 cases of Endometrial cancer,20 cases of atypical hyperplasia of endometrium and 15 cases of normal endometrium with ElivisionTM plus two-step.the experimental data were analyzed with Chi-square test and correlation with stastics software of SPSSl7.0 edition. The correlation between test using Spearman,, P=0.05 as the standard testsignificantly.Result:Maspin protein in EC, EAH, NE in the positive expression rate of 40.5%, 55.0% and 86.7% respectively(P < 0.05), EAH, EC has significant difference compared with NE(P < 0.05), while there was no significant difference between EC and EAH(P > 0.05), Maspin with surgical- pathologic staging, degree of differentiation, muscular infiltration depth(P < 0.05), there is statistical significance; P53 in EC, EAH, NE positive expression rate is 69.0%, 40.0% and 13.3% respectively(P < 0.05), EAH, EC has significant difference compared with NE(P < 0.05), while there was no significant difference between EC and EAH(P > 0.05), the expression of P53 protein is associated with muscular infiltration depth(P < 0.05); Maspin in endometrial carcinoma and P53 protein expression was negatively correlated(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.normal endometrium and endometrial atypical hyperplasia and expression of Maspin in endometrial cancer rates were gradually reduced, positive expression of P53 was gradually increased.2.Maspin in endometrial carcinoma and expression of P53 protein was negatively correlated.3.The study results suggest that Maspin and P53 may have been involved in the occurrence and development of endometrial cancer, and interaction and influence each other.Maspin protein expression and surgical- pathologic staging in patients with differentiated muscle layer infiltration depth(P < 0.05) on the expression of P53 protein and muscle layer infiltration depth(P < 0.05).Theoretical significance and application value:clinically by detecting Maspin with P53 expression of endometrial adenocarcinoma, predict the prognosis of endometrial carcinoma.
