As a new research direction,virtual surgery is gradually developing, it is a new subject which combines biological mechanics, materials science, medicine, computer graphics and mechanical combines. The purpose of virtual surgery is using computer(Major is computer graphics and virtual reality) to simulate and guide various processes involved in surgery. We are facing some problems in traditional surgery, such as high risk and postoperative effect is not ideal, and the effect of the operation is affected by the doctor’s professional skill. By using the virtual surgery system, the doctor can practice before surgery on the patient, import the image information of patients which is got from imaging device into the simulation system, the doctor can adjust the plan of actual surgery according to the virtual surgery, or take precise measurement and estimate before the surgery, so that can foresee the complexity of surgery. As the object of virtual surgery, the authenticity and accuracy of human organ models directly affects the overall performance of virtual surgery, so soft tissue modeling part of virtual surgery gradually becoming a very important part of the field.Because the liver has the characteristics of typical human tissue, so this article selects the liver as a research object, and discuss the question of authenticity, real-time and accuracy in the process of human tissue system physical modeling. In this paper, the specific research contents include the following points:(1) In order to improve the deformation simulation of truth, we join the spring damping coefficient on the basis of predecessors’ particle with body spring, upgrade the traditional particle spring, make the simulation can change step by step.(2) In order to obtain the elastic coefficient of spring, We made a real liver tissue puncture test, simulation and calculation by MATLAB, we get the real the viscosity coefficient of liver tissue, then convert to the elasticity coefficient of each spring according to the formula, and added to the spring in the system of particles.(3) In order to improve the real-time simulation, this paper introduces the method of GPU parallel speed up, parts of the original CPU computing functions transferred to the GPU, through the parallel computing of GPU, improve the simulation efficiency, reduce the simulation time, meet the real-time requirements of virtual surgery.
