Objective To discuss and explore the relevance between the expression of TTF-1 and EGFR in squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma of lung and the quantitati ve analysis of spectral CT imaging.Methods 60 lung cancer patients underwent plain and enhanced CT scans with spe ctral imaging mode.All patients underwent immunohistochemical experiments to detect the expression of TTF-1 and EGFR in cancer cells.In the end, we analyzed and com pared the Energy spectrum parameters of negative group and positive group.Results 1.The immunohistochemical staining of 27 lung adenocarcinoma patients sh owed,the patients in TTF-1 positive and negative group were 18 and 9 respectively.T he Effective-z of TTF-1 positive and negative group were 4.97±0.75,6.98±0.90,and s tatistically significant differenceswas observed between the two groups(p<0.05);The Normalized Iodine Concentrations of TTF-1 positive and negative group were 0.20±0.17,0.19±0.07,no significant difference between the two groups was observed(p>0.05);The slope(K)of TTF-1 positive and negative group were 1.51±0.09、1.47±0.07,no significant difference between the two groups was observed(p>0.05);The calcium co ntent of TTF-1 positive and negative group were 3.82±1.08,3.90±3.59,no significant difference between the two groups was observed(p>0.05).2.The patients in EGFR positive and negative group were 20 and 7 respectively.T he Effective-z of EGFR positive and negative group were 5.20±0.71,5.83±1.39,no si gnificant difference between the two groups was observed(p>0.05);The NormalizedIodine Concentrations of EGFR positive and negative group were 0.27±0.16,0.15±0.1,and statistically significant differenceswas observed between the two groups(p<0.05);The slope(K)of EGFR positive and negative group were 2.04±0.17,1.79±0.25,and statistically significant differenceswas observed between the two groups(p<0.05);The calcium content of EGFR positive and negative group were 3.90±1.34,4.08±3.05,no significant difference between the two groups was observed(p>0.05).3.The immunohistochemical staining of 33 lung squamous carcinoma patients sho wed,the patients in TTF-1 positive and negative group were 6 and 27 respectively.Th e Effective-z of TTF-1 positive and negative group were 8.58±0.40,8.64±0.36,no sig nificant difference between the two groups was observed(p>0.05);The Normalized I odine Concentrations of TTF-1 positive and negative group were 0.26±0.06,0.28±0.19,no significant difference between the two groups was observed(p>0.05);The slope(K)of TTF-1 positive and negative group were 2.39±0.21,2.14±0.67,no significant difference between the two groups was observed(p>0.05);The calcium content of T TF-1 positive and negative group were 3.48±0.48,3.42±0.56,no significant difference between the two groups was observed(p>0.05).4.The patients in EGFR positive and negative group were 19 and 14 respectively.The Effective-z of EGFR positive and negative group were 8.37±0.52,8.69±0.31,no significant difference between the two groups was observed(p>0.05);The Normalized Iodine Concentrations of EGFR positive and negative group were 0.30±0.18,0.16±0.04,and statistically significant differenceswas observed between the two groups(p<0.05);The slope(K)of EGFR positive and negative group were 2.75±1.10,2.06±0.38,and statistically significant differenceswas observed between the two groups(p<0.05);The calcium content of EGFR positive and negative group were 6.57±0.67,4.73±1.56,and statistically significant differenceswas observed between the two groups(p<0.05).Conclusion 1.The Effective-z of the positive express of TTF-1 in lung adenocarcinoma less than the negative,statistically significant differenceswas observed between the two groups(p<0.05),the internal conformational changes of adenocarcinoma of lung belong to the Effective-z,and it can prompt tumor cell metabolism.The lower Effectiv e-z the stronger glandular differerntiation and more mucus is produced.2.The NICs and slope(K)of the positive express of EGFR in the squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma of lung more than the negative,statistically significant differenceswas observed between the two groups(p<0.05),the NICs and slope(K)c an respond the microvessel density and the blood supply of the cancers cells.The high er NICs and slope(K)the stronger EGFR expression,and it is showde the squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma of lung metabolism and rich blood supply.The m ajority of cancer cells may be in cell proliferation.3.The calcium content of the positive express of EGFR in lung adenocarcinoma more than the negative,statistically significant differenceswas observed between the two groups(p<0.05),the higher calcium content the stronger EGFR expression.The tumor growth too fast and compression peripheral vascular causes the cell to relative lack o f blood supply,then makes the deposition of calcium salts.Suggest that the calcium co ntent is also be a meaningful reference index which reflected tumor tissue growth of l ung adenocarcinoma.4.There is a correlation between the expression of EGFR,TTF-1 in squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma of lung with some of spectral CT parameters.To a cer tain extent,it can reflect some pathological characteristics of squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma of lung.Form a new angle to provide reference for clinical.
