Objective by comparing patients with upper ureteral calculi after treatment of holmium laser lithotripsy or extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, detecting NGAL and α1-MG changes on preoperative and postoperative urine, to observe early postoperative level of kidney injure under two kinds of therapeutic method.Method screen 60 patients with upper ureteral calculi of our hospital from January 2014 to June 2014, make patients into laser lithotripsy group and extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy group respectively by stochastic method. Using elisa method detect preoperative 2h urine and postoperative 12 h,24h urine, observe NGAL andα1-MG content at different times.Result There is no significant statistics difference between NGAL and α1-MG groups at preoperative 2h(P>0.05),NGAL’s content of two groups at postoperative 12 h,24h is higher than its at preoperative 2h( P<0.05),NGAL’s content of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy group is higher than its of laser lithotripsy group at postoperative 12 h,24h( P<0.05).α1-MG’s content of two groups at postoperative 12 h,24h is higher than its at preoperative 2h(P<0.05),α1-MG’s content of laser lithotripsy group is lower than its of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy group at postoperative 12 h,24h(P<0.05).Conclusion renal damage could induced by laser lithotripsy and extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy in treating upper ureteral calculi, extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy would cause more serious damage than laser lithotripsy.
