Expression Of FOXP3 In Gastric Cancer Tissue And The Relationship With Lymphatic Metastasis

Objective :Investigate the association between FOXP3 and lymphatic metastasis staging,direct infiltration degree,TNM staging,differentiation degree. Explore the mechanism of FOXP3 in the process of gastric cancer.Provide theoretical basis for immunotherapy of grastic cancer.Matedals and Methods:Collect gastric cancer tissues from 125 patients,who did radical gastrectomy in the first affiliated hospital of nanchang university, with their gsstric tumor tissue made from pathological section, grouped in the following way:lymphatic metastasis staging,direct infiltration degree,TNM staging,differentiation degree,tumor site,tumor diameter,age and gender.With immunohistochemical DAB to observe the expression of Foxp3 in each group;Collecting five groups of fresh grastic cancer tissue of different lymphatic metastasis staging,with Western-Bolt to detect the expression of FOXP3. Use different statistical method to analyse the association between the expression of Foxp3 and the clinical pathological feature of gastric cancer.Results:Immunohistochemical and Western-Bolt results show:the expression of FOXP3 are different in different lymphatic metastasis staging,from N0,N1,N2 to N3,the expression of FOXP3 increased step by step. Apply statistical methods to analyze the relationship between the FOXP3 and the relative parameters of grastic cancer:Compared with groups of direct infiltration degree,there are significance difference between T1,T2 and T3,T4(P<0.05);Compared with groups of TNM staging,there are significance difference between â… staging,â…¡staging and â…¢ staging(P<0.05);Compared with groups of differentiation,there are significance difference between well differentiated and poorly differentiated(P < 0.05); Compared with groups of tumor site,tumor diameter,age and gender,the expression of Foxp3 in gastric cancerhave no obvious difference.Conclusions:â‘  The expression of FOXP3 related to lymphatic metastasis staging,direct infiltration degree,TNM staging,differentiation degree, with the lymphatic metastasis stagingr increase,the expression of Foxp3 increased;â‘¡. The expression of FOXP3 related to TNM staging,direct infiltration degree and differentiation degree,FOXP3 Participate in the progress of gastric cancer.
