| Objective:Sum up the distribution of TCM’s syndrome differentiation in the patients with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome(PCOS),and discuss the correlation between distribution of TCM’s syndrome differentiation and patients with PCOS’s clinical manifestations,the hormonal level,fasting blood-glucose(FPG),fat metabolic parameters,in order to provide objective clinically reliable dosimetric data for syndrome differentiation of PCOS.Method:In accordance with incorporated into and exclusion criteria collected 85 cases of patients suffering from PCOS,and the patients were all come from Gansu Provincial Hospital of TCM. Made the observation table of PCOS, recorded the menstrual status,TCM syndrome manifestations and the results of anthropometry,indicators of sex hormone and glycolipids metabolic parameters.At last analyze observation tables,sumed up the results and conclusions.Results:1.There were 37 patients belong to Shenxu Xueyu syndrome, accounts for 43.53%;28 patients belong to the syndrome of Pixu Tanshi,accounts for 32.94%; 20 patients belong to the syndrome of Ganjing Shire,accounts for 23.53%.2.There are 48 patients have Acne vulgaris,the group of Ganjing Shire is the most serious group,19 patients belong to this group,accounts for 22.35%;next is the group of Pixu Tanshi,accounts for 17.6% inall patients;Shenxu Xueyu group is the slightest in this clinical manifestation.3.Through the single factor analysis of variance,hirsutism score of F-G compared between the overall P<0.05;Shenxu Xueyu group respectively compare with Pixu Tanshi group and Ganjing Shire group,the results are all P<0.05.Hirsutism score of F-G in Pixu Tanshi group and Ganjing Shire group both above 6.4.Comparative results of BMI and WHR:the BMI’s average(26.32)in Pixu Tanshi group is above 25,and is the highest in three groups.WHR’s average in Pixu Tanshi group is the highest too,is 0.881>0.85.WHR’s average in Ganjing Shire group is the smallest,is 0.839<0.85.5.The situation of menstruation and infertility in each group:patients with PCOS’s the main clinical manifestation in irregular menstruation is delayed menstrual cycle,nextare hypomenorrhea, menostaxis and amenorrhoea,individual patients with clinical manifestations of uterine bleeding,there are 54 patients have late menstruation,accounts for 63.5% in overall,Shenxu Xueyu group has the most.There are 10 patients have sterility,Shenxu Xueyu group has the most(6,12.9%),next is Pixu Tanshi group(3,3.5%),Ganjing Shire group has the least,only has 1 patient.6.The situation of sex hormone in each group:Through the single factor analysis of variance,the level of E2,LH,FSH,LH/FSH compared in three groups P>0.05.The ratio of LH/FSH’s average in Shenxu Xueyu and Ganjing Shire group(2.17,2.27)both above 2;PRL:The PRL’s serum level in Ganjing Shire group is the highest(25.32ng/ml),and compared with other groups have significant difference(P<0.05);T:The result of T’s serum level in Ganjing Shire group respectively compared with the other two groups is P<0.05,and the result in Ganjing Shiregroup is the highest(1.13ng/ml),next is Pixu Tanshi group,the Shenxu xueyu group is the lowest.7.Glucolipid metabolic features:FPG,TC,TG are higher when Pixu Tanshi group and Ganjing Shire group compared with the Shenxu xueyu group(P<0.05),but the HDL’s level is lower(P<0.05),and Pixu Tanshi group’s FBG,TC,TG are higher than Ganjing Shire group, the level of HDL is lower than Ganjing Shire group.Compare in overall the LDL’s level in PCOS patients has no obvious difference(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.In all patients with PCOS Shenxu Xueyu is the main syndrome type.2.Irregular menstruation and infertility were associated with Shenxu Xueyu syndrome.3.Hirsutism,acne,T and PRL were associated with Ganjing Shire syndrome.4.Obesity and glucose-lipid metabolic disorder were associated with Pixu Tanshi syndrome. |
