ObjectiveTo study the nosocomial influence factors for the prognosis of patients with acute ST-segment elevation after percutaneous coronary intervention.MethodsSeven hundred and one acute STEMI patients were divided into good prognosis group(n=642) and poor prognosis group(n=59). Statistical software that used in this study were SPSS(version 20.0).Results1.Results of single factor analysis showed that age, hospital cardiac function classification, blood pressure, pulse, history of diabetes, history of coronary heart disease, creatine kinase MB, White blood cell count, neuter granulocyte count,Neutral points granulocyte ratio,Neutral points granulocyte ratio, hemoglobin content, potassium, sodium, chloride, blood glucose, creatinine, and uric acid,Some live clotting enzyme time(APTT) and thrombin time(TT) were the risk factors related with prognosis.2.Results of multiariable logistic regression analysis showed that history of diabetes, creatinine, and uric acid,Some live clotting enzyme time are the independent risk factors.3.Model establishment and validation of: Fisher discriminant function was established :Y=0.624X1+0.659X2+1.988X3+1.419X4-4.431,with consistency as 83.9%,sensitivity as 87.2%, specificity as 47.5%.ConclusionsThe occurrence of adverse outcome on STEMI is due to various factors with diabetes, uric acid, blood urea nitrogen and activated partial thromboplastin time as its independent risk factors.
