Expression Of Toll-like Receptor 4mRNA In Peripheral Blood Mononuclearcell Of Syphilis Patients With Seroresistance

Objective:By detecting the expression of Toll-like receptor 4m RNA in Peripheral Blood Mononuclearcell of Syphilis Patients with seroresistanceand to study the relationship between TLR4 and seroresistance.Methods:Expression of TLR4 m RNA was detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR in 40 cases of seroresistance type group; 40 cases of healthy persons as the control groups one. 40 cases of RPR negative patients as the control groups two.Results: the expression of TLR4 m RNA in PBMC of seroresistance type group was significantly lower than that of the two control groups, the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:the expression levels in PBMC of patients with syphilis seroresistance of Toll like receptor 4m RNA were significantly lower than that of healthy people and RPR negative patients, which showed that the expression abnormality of Toll like receptor4 m RNA may have significant influences on syphilis seroresistance.
