Objective:To compare the efectiveness of locking compression plate combined with three diferent bone grafts for radius and ulna fracture nonunion. Methods:Between December 2009 and December 2009, use of LCP and bone graft for the treatment of ulnar radial fracture healing in 74 patients, screening which meet the requirements for the study of 62 patients according to different grouping study bone graft material, group A for autologous bone graft group, A total of 22 cases, B group of 23 cases of allogeneic bone group, group C as BMP composite artificial bone group has 17 patients. Three groups of patients in general situation such as gender, age, there was no statistical significance(P > 0.05) difference comparison, it has comparative. To compare different treatment time Anderson forearm fractures in patients with functional group three dykes and 12 months after the cure rate. Results:The A and B two groups of fracture healing cure rate was signifcantly different(χ2=5.494,P < 0.05), but no statistical signifcant diference between groups A、C and B、C(P>0.05). The Anderson good rate was compared at same period: There were signifcant diference between the group A and B of each time period(P<0.05),but between groups A and C there was no signifcant diference found. At 6th and 12 th months after operation between the group B and C, there was signifcant diference(P<0.05). Conclusions:The curative effect of BMP composite bone is nearly equivalent to that of autogenous bone graft in treating nonunion of radius and ulna fracture, and they are both better than allogeneic bone graft.
