Effects Of The Nrf2-ARE Pathway On The Growth Of Hepatocellular Carcinoma BEL-7402 Cell Line

Objective:Nrf2-ARE pathway observed hepatoma BEL-7402 cell growth effect for the current clinical treatment of liver cancer provides an effective experimental basis.Methods:Laboratory cultured hepatoma BEL-7402 cells, the cultured cells were randomly divided into A, B groups, A group as a control group, group B inhibitor added Nrf2, the choice of drugs commonly used BML-111, was measured by MTT cell proliferation rate,apoptosis rate was measured by flow cytometry.Results:1.MTT test results Tip: Compared with the control group, Nrf2 inhibitor(BML-111)inhibited the growth of liver cancer cells, the inhibition rate than the control group;.2.flow cytometry showed that: Nrf2 pathway inhibitor(BML-111) the role of liver cancer cells, the apoptosis was significantly increased.Conclusion:Nrf2 pathway can inhibit hepatoma BEL-7402 cells impede normal growth.
