Objective:To evaluate the Masked Hypertension(MH) on coronary artery pathological changes and the effect of recessive hypertension preliminarily understand the harm to the body and cause enough attention, Masked Hypertension(MH) and persistent hypertension study confirms whether have similar coronary artery lesions.Method:Based on data fitting line of coronary angiography in patients with a random sample,to the clinic or ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, divided into recessive hypertension and persistent hypertension group; And collect related history and record related risk factors, and make necessary laboratory examination, use of digital high-tech medical equipment, such as dynamic blood pressure monitor and digital flat-panel vascular DSA,using samples for the coronary angiography examination. Blood pressure, according to the sample and the imaging results, and according to the relevant standards will into coronary lesions and normal coronary arteries two cases. After coronary lesions often refers to the imaging found appeared more than 50% coronary artery atheromatous plaque and coronary artery stenosis. In the research of imaging examination, is operated by unified professional doctor. Coronary angiography examination process strictly comply with the relevant requirements, accurate detection, according to the results of the inspection by a number of experienced teaching teacher carries on the analysis and judgment, and the details of the patient, and there are all kinds of risk factors for recording, recessive hypertension through clinical observation whether similar coronary lesions and persistent hypertension, data are obtained.Results:1. The research shows that group compared with normal coronary artery, coronary lesion group of sustained high blood pressure, the hidden high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, smoking, drinking and so on incidence increased.2. In the recessive hypertension(MH) in patients with age, sex, high cholesterol, diabetes, and bad living habits(smoking, drinking) for its risk factors.3. In the recessive hypertension(MH) in patients with coronary artery lesions with gender, age, higher blood fats, diabetes, smoking, drinking and other risk factors are associated, merge the more risk factors, the higher the incidence of coronary artery lesions. Conclusion:Compared with sustained high blood pressure, the hidden damage has similar with coronary disease, hypertension patients increased with age, sex, blood glucose, blood lipids,as well as their bad living habits in daily life is one of the important risk factors for hidden high blood pressure, leading to coronary artery lesions, endangering people’s life safety.
