| Objective: To investigate the medication complianceã€control of risk factors in patients with coronary disease in 1 year after discharge and reveal the factors affect the emerge of MACE(major adverse cardiovascular event). Methods: 291 patients treated in first affilated hospital of fujian medical university from april 2013 to april 2014 were recruited, all patients were follow-up visited three times(one monthã€six monthã€twelve month after dischargee), the follow-up was conducted by questionnaires, the medical complianceã€major adverse cardic eventã€physical examination and experimental examination were investigated. The data were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 software.Results:(1) About93.15%ã€90.32%ã€92.34%ã€64.92% and 43.15% of patients were prescribed asprinã€clopidogrelã€statinã€?-blockerã€ACEI/ARB aftet 1month from discharge, respectively.and the proportion is about 93.78%ã€83.42%ã€93.26%ã€72.02% and 50.78% during 12 month from discharge. the medication compliance of all patients were good(>80%);(2)the controlling rate of blood pressure is stable after discharge, between 50% and 65%, and the mean level of BUN is higher in patients whose blood pressure wasn’t controlled(6.21 ± 2.36 vs 5.16 ±1.65mmol/L,P<0.05)compared to that whose blood was cnotrolled;(3)21.15%ã€7.14% and 4.38% of patients were prescribed with high intensity statin after 1 monthã€6monthã€12month from discharge, respectively.the cnotrol rate of LDL-C is stable after one month from discharge(30%-37%), family history of cardiovascular disease is a risk factor for patients whose LDL-C wasn’t controlled(OR=1.87);(4) the mean basline level of pro-BNP(2206.86±3248.09 vs 1390.78±2014.72,P=0.059)ã€AST(117.47±202.48 vs 67.19±96.48,P﹤0.05)are higher in patients with MACE, otherwise TC is lower(3.25±0.68 vs 3.98±0.99,P﹤0.05),compared to that in patients without MACE.Conclusions:(1)the useage rate of medicine and medicaition complication in patient with coronary artery disease were pretty well, but the control rate of blood pressure and LDL-C are lower;(2)the baesline level of BUN is a risk factor for patients whose blood pessure can’t cortrol;(3)basline level of TCã€TGã€LDL-Cã€waistline of 12 monthã€family history of cardiovascular disease were associated with the control of LDL-C;(4)basline level of ASTã€pro-BNP and TC of 12 month in patients were associated with MACE. |
