Dental trauma is a common disease of dental tissue in clinical, different parts of dental trauma and different ages of dental trauma are in complicated situation, and their treatment and prognosis disparity, clinical treatment were more inclined to conservative treatment instead ofextract most of the teeth. In this paper, a common clinical dental trauma type, commonly conservative treatment methods, medical history collection, doctor-patient communication, select indications, clinical operation and prognosis of operation are described in detail. From case one to case six were young permanent’s simple crown fracture, permanent teeth crown fracture with emerge dislocation, subgingival crown-root fracture, crown-root fracture under alveolar crest, cross-fold in root 1/3, obsolate complicated crown fracture with radicular cyst, fracture level gradually deepened, the fracture situation is more complicated. According to the type of fracture and the actual situation, choose the most appropriate conservative treatment for each case,observet the efficacy and prognosis.
