ã€Objective】To measure the levels of TGAbã€TPOAb in patients with vitiligo, and investigate the association between vitiligo and Serum thyroid autoantibodies to clarify the clinical significance for elevating levels of serum TGAb and TPOAb in patients with vitiligo. ã€Method】37 patients with vilitigo were enrolled and 31 gender-and age-matched people served as controls. Chemiluminescence was applied to detect the levels of TGAb and TPOAb of patients with vitiligo and controls, then the corresponding parameters were compared in gender-and age-matched patients. ã€Results】The positivity Of TGAb in patients with vitiligo was 24.32%,significantly higher than 3.22% in controls, the difference was statistically significant. The positivity of TPOAb in patients with vitiligo was 21.62%,higher than 3.22% in controls, the difference was statistically significant. The positivity of TGAb and TPOAb in female patients with vitiligo was 53.33% and 40.00%,higher than 4.55% and 9.09% in vitiligo male patients, the difference was statistically significant. The positivity of TPOAb and TGAb in young patients with vitiligo both were 38.89% higher than 10.53% and 5.26% in older patients with vitiligo, the difference was statistically significant. ã€Conclusion】1.The positivity rate of TGAb,TPOAb in the patients with vitiligo was higher than that in normal.2.The positivity rate of TGAb,TPOAb in the young female vitiligo patients was high.3.There is some association between vitiligo and autoimmune thyroid diseases.4.It is extremely important to elevated levels of serum TGAb and TPOAb in vitiligo patient, especially in young female patients. |
