| ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical, autonomic nervous dysfunction, neuroimaging and external anal sphincter electromyography(EAS-EMG) features of patients with multiple system atrophy(MSA) and Parkinson’s disease(PD),and to explore the differential diagnosic values for these diseases and guide the early diagnosis and early treatment of them.
