Magnetic stimulation as a diagnostic and therapeutic technique of many significant advantages is effective to modulate nerve activities, treat disorders. Over the past 2000 years, traditional Chinese medicine has been regarded as an effective way to treat many diseases. The combination of magnetic stimulation and acupuncture point(acupoint) not only gives new content for the promotion and application of magnetic stimulation, but also is contribute to demystify traditional Chinese medicine.Magnetic stimulation at acupuncture point can be equivalent to a stimulation mode to cerebral nerve in external system. The technique has great significance in the study of regulation mechanism of the brain and rehabilitation on many diseases. The rapid development of complex network provides new ideas for the study of magnetic stimulation at acupuncture point in brain science. In this thesis, magnetic stimulation was used to stimulate acupuncture point of Waiguan, Hegu and Shenmen in human body. EEG signals in resting state and during magnetic stimulation were recorded and analyzed. The main points of this thesis were:1, The changes of correlation properties and brain connection during stimulating Waiguan, Hegu and Shenmen: The results showed that there were significant differences between the groups of Waiguan, Hegu and Shenmen.2, The analysis of global attribute network indexes during stimulating Waiguan, Hegu and Shenmen: The effects of stimulating Waiguan, Hegu and Shenmen on global attribute network indexes and the changes of network indexes with the increase of threshold were studied. The results showed that there were significant differences in the trend of global attribute network indexes. For example, changes of the same network index during stimulating different acupuncture points were inconsistent. For one acupuncture point, changes of the same network index in different thresholds were also inconsistent. On the one hand, it indicates that stimulating different acupuncture points will be combined with acupuncture point specificity to improve brain. On the other hand, it shows that the selection of threshold is critical in the analysis of brain network.3, The analysis of local attribute network indexes and small world attribute during stimulating Waiguan, Hegu and Shenmen: The results showed that not only on the same brain functional areas there were significant differences in the trend of local attribute network indexes, but also on different brain functional areas there were. All brain networks we had constructed belonged to small-world network. This thesis studied the changes of brain connection and topology attributes of brain functional network from the perspective of complex network, explored the effect of magnetic stimulation at acupuncture point on regulation mechanism of complex nervous system and provided reference value for the clinical application of magnetic stimulation therapy.
