| Objectives: The study applied emotional stroop paradigm to explore CHD with depression’s cognitive processing of different mood words, and combined with the event related potential technology to further research the relation between CHD with depression’s attention and the brain neural mechanisms, In order to find coronary heart disease with depression patients’ cognitive processing model which is different from CHD patients’, provide theoretical basis for people better understanding the mechanism of coronary heart disease with depression, and provide clinical basis for comprehensive intervention measures of CHD with depression. Methods: This study includes three experiments, experiment one: Screening of emotional words, 12 CHD patients use 9 points rating scale to assess the valence, arousal and dominance of emotional words, experiment two: The behavioral research of emotional stroop task. use three factors:3(group:CHD group, CHD with depressed mood group, CHD with depression group) x 3(vocabulary type: positive, neutral, negative) x 2(threshold type: threshold and subthreshold) to design the experiment. Then ask three groups of participants to response accuratly and rapidly to the color of emotional words and record the reaction time and accuracy. experiment three: The ERP research of emotional stroop task. use two factors:3(group:CHD group, CHD with depressed mood group, CHD with depression group) x 3(vocabulary type: positive, neutral, negative) to design the experiment. Record ERP waveforms, and find out components that need to analysis, then the corresponding component’s amplitude and latency shall be carried out in accordance with the four factors: 3(group:CHD group, CHD with depressed mood group, CHDwith depression group)x 3(vocabulary type: positive, neutral, negative) x 3(brain location: before, center, after) x 3(electrode position: left, middle, right) for analysis of variance.Results:1 there is a significant difference among the valence of emotional words, Positive words than neutral ones are greater than the negative words;in addition, Valence and arousal of positive words were positively correlated, valence and arousal of negative words were negatively correlated, valence and arousal of neutral words were positively correlated with dominance.2 In behavioral experiment, when positive words were present on the threshold, the accuracy of CHD group is higher, reaction time is shorter; when neutral words were present on the subthreshold, the accuracy of CHD with depression group is lower, reaction time is longer;no matter negative words were present on threshold or subthreshold, the accuracy of CHD with depression group is lower than other two groups, the reaction time is longer than the others.3 when negative words were present on the threshold, the interference effect of CHD with depressed mood group and CHD with depression group were obviously greater than the CHD group, and there is no significant difference between CHD with depressed mood group and CHD with depression group, it Shows that the two groups are susceptible to the interference and are lack of ability of interference suppression when negative words were present on the threshold.4 In ERP experiment, N1’s time window is 80-120 ms, peak latency is about 100 ms,it mainly distributed in the anterior and middle brain. the amplitude of N1 induced by Negative words, CHD with depressed mood group and CHD with depression group is smaller, the lantcy is shorter. cerebral hemisphere were not significantly different in N1 amplitude induced by Positive and negative words.5 P2’s time window is 140-200 ms, peak latency is around 167 ms, it mainly distributed in the anterior and middle brain. vocabulary main effect was significantly found On the P2 amplitude., P2 amplitude evoked by negative words is significantly greater than the one evoked by positive words. The interaction of the group and vocabulary properties is significant. the amplitude of P2 induced by positive words,CHD group is greater than the other two groups; the amplitude of P2 induced by Neutral and negative words, CHD with depressed mood group is greater than the CHD with depression group, the amplitude of the brain’s right hemisphere is greater than the left hemisphere.6 N2’s time window is 220-300 ms, peak latency is about 256 ms. the amplitude of N2 induced by positive words, CHD group is less than the other two groups, CHD with depressed mood group is not significantly different from CHD with depression group, the amplitude of N2 induced by negative words, CHD with depressive mood group and CHD with depression group is less than the CHD group, the difference was significant. CHD with depressive mood group is greater than CHD with depression group, the difference was not significant.7 P3’s time window is 310-400 ms,it mainly distributed in the anterior and middle brain. group main effect is significant in amplitude and latency, P3’s amplitude of CHD with depression group and CHD with depressive mood group was significantly less than the CHD group, P3’s latency of CHD with depression group and CHD with depressive mood group was significantly longer than the CHD group. The interaction of the group and vocabulary properties is significant. In CHD with depression group, positive words evoked P3 amplitude is smaller, negative words evoked P3 amplitude is larger, latency is longer.Conclusion:1 Only when the stimulus present on the threshold, CHD with depressive mood group and CHD with depression group have negative attention bias, the two groups are lack of ability of interference suppression when negative words were present on the threshold.2 The inhibitory dysfunction of CHD with depressive mood group and CHD with depression group mainly occurs in the anterior and middle brain, and Inhibition function damage doesn’t exist the phenomenon of partial brain lateralization. |
